Cody has been in the greater North Texas area his whole life. He was born in Waxahachie, Texas then moved to Whitesboro, Texas where he was raised, and then attended the University of North Texas in Denton where he majored in Integrative Studies- with a focus in business, English, and communication.
Cody was brought up with an extensive real estate background, which has led him to where he is today. He has had success in all facets of real estate, including residential, land, farm and ranch, and commercial, but is always looking to grow his portfolio.
He started the Fennell Property Group in 2022 in hopes of expanding his business even beyond the greater north Texas area in the future, but also to give his clients and other agents an experience that is unmatched.
Casey Lang was born and raised in Whitesboro, Texas. She attended Tarleton State University where she majored in Kinesiology and graduated with her Bachelors in Science.
She then went on to pursue a degree in Radiology school. However, she still had a major interest in real estate. After a lot of thinking and praying, she decided to pursue her goals and dreams and jump into her real estate career. She loves helping others and being around people.
With that being said she is very excited to help families find their dream homes or starter homes where so many future memories are to be made. She hopes to make the process genuine and as easygoing as possible.
Jessica Coello grew up in Lake Dallas, TX. After high school, she attended Texas Women's University where she majored in Elementary Education. Right out of college she secured her first teaching job. Shortly after, Jessica and her husband bought a house in Whitesboro, TX to raise their daughter and future children. They now have 3 daughters and feel blessed to be raising their girls with small-town values.
Jessica has always loved the real estate industry and knew she wanted to make a career out of it after briefly shadowing a real estate agent. Jessica is still an elementary teacher in Whitesboro, and finds that her passion in life is to help and educate, something that goes hand in hand with her real estate business.
She prides herself on being organized and have excellent communication skills. Her priority is to provide the best experience to her clients. She is so excited to be expanding her career with the Fennell Property Group.
Chase Harper is from a small town in North Texas where he was introduced to the real estate industry at a very young age. Growing up in Lake Dallas he was able to watch his family grow their business through investments in his hometown.
Chase obtained a degree in Ranch and Land Management from Paola College. He enjoys bow
hunting, fishing, and anything that involves being outdoors. He takes pride in excellent communication and being goal-driven, two things he hopes to reflect in his real estate business. His priority is making sure his clients have the best experience when buying or selling their property.
Madison Skaggs is from the small town of Tom Bean, TX where she was brought up with small-town values and southern hospitality. She moved to Whitesboro, TX shortly after high school while she attended Grayson County College in pursuit of a business degree with a focus on real estate. Just before graduating, she was given the opportunity to shadow a few real estate agents and instantly knew that was where she belonged.
Madison currently lives in Callisburg, TX with her husband and baby boy. She has found herself enjoying the little things in life, like being around family and friends, whom she works with frequently as well.
Madison prides herself on being honest and acting with integrity. She has had success in real estate sales but is eager to expand her career with the Fennell Property Group. Her main goal is to help families find their dream homes while ensuring a smooth process and a memorable experience.
